Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for dying on the cross for my sin. I ask for your forgiveness and that you create in me a new heart, soul and mind. Give me a mind and heart for you God. Come into my life and give me your spirit. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Cause the old things in my life to fall away and give me new skills and improve the gifts I already have. Please help me to live for you and with you for the rest of this life.
In Jesus name, I pray.
Amen.
Asking Jesus to come into our lives is one of the most important things we will ever do. It's certainly one of the most wise decisions and most meaningful. It doesn't have to be a fancy prayer. Just heart felt.
When you say the prayer make sure you tell someone. You are so worthy of being celebrated. Please send me an email! I want to celebrate with you.
John 3:16
For this is how much God loved the world—he gave his one and only, unique Son as a gift. So now everyone who believes in him will never perish but experience everlasting life.
1 Thes 5:16-18
16 Let joy be your continual feast. 17 Make your life a prayer. 18 And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus.
Romans 10:9-10
9 And what is God’s “living message”? It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will experience salvation. 10 The heart that believes in him receives the gift of the righteousness of God—and then the mouth gives thanks to salvation.
Those who “abide in Him” are the objects of God’s affection and love. The Bible says, “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name” (Psalm 91:14).
Revelation 3:20-21
Behold, I’m standing at the door, knocking. If your heart is open to hear my voice and you open the door within, I will come in to you and feast with you, and you will feast with me. 21 And to the one who conquers I will give the privilege of sitting with me on my throne, just as I conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
Congratulations on being a child of God!
Bless you in Jesus name!
